Visual Identity

Tilma is an e-learning platform designed for women in HR, offering modern, intuitive, and professional tools for skill development and growth.

Problem statement: The challenge was to create a visual identity that feels human, approachable, and memorable in an industry often dominated by corporate, overly formal visuals. The identity needed to engage women in HR without feeling playful to the point of undermining professionalism.

Solution: We developed a strong and memorable visual identity built around a custom, hand-drawn logotype, bold color combinations, and playful yet professional brand elements. The primary pink-and-red palette ensures recognizability and energy, while complementary colors and secondary elements provide flexibility.
